Bolton Talent Solutions is building a pipeline of Beauty Tutors for upcoming opportunities from September 2026 at Bolton College.

This is a part-time, temporary agency role, ideal for individuals who enjoy supporting learners with confidence-building and practical skills in a supportive Further Education setting.

The Role

• Deliver practical and theory-based beauty sessions
• Support learners to develop confidence and basic beauty skills
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Adapt teaching for mixed ability and Foundation Studies learners
• Provide feedback and track learner progress

This is not a commercial salon environment – the focus is on engagement, participation, and development.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Teaching Qualification
• Level 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification
• Level 3 Nail Services Qualification
• Assessor Qualification (TAQA, A1, or equivalent)
• Experience supporting or working with learners
• Patient, adaptable, and learner-focused approach
• Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
